Issue: Boiler Oil Line Problem for years..
My name is Freddy, and I have to tell the Nassau, Suffolk and other local communities what a tremendous service that Steve, Owner and Operator of SAMMECH MECHANICAL INC. did at my home.
I had a huge boiler oil line problem at my home, that no one could seem to repair or resolve for many years. I had about 6 different so-called Boiler Repair Experts come to my home to fix the problem. It was discovered that the Oil Line was the problem, but none of the Boiler Repair Men or Mechanics WANTED TO FIX IT, BECAUSE THEY ALL SAID IT WAS TOO COLD OUTSIDE TO RUN A NEW LINE OR REPLACE THE OIL TANK.
So I looked on line and found SAMMECH Company, and I called Steve, and explained to him the problem I was having with my boiler. Immediately, Steve knew what the problem was with my PEERLESS BOILER staving for oil, because the oil line was somehow crimp or blocked underground. Steve assessed the problem base upon my explanation on the phone without having seen Boiler or oil line.
As a result, Steve and I agreed for him to come to my home to place an above ground oil tank closer to my home, and to also run a New Oil Line. On January 31, 2011, Steve and his crew gave me a new Granby 330 Oil Tank, ran new oil lines, removed my old TigerLoop, adjusted my REILLO BURNER to accommodate the new oil line, attach a NEW Wireless QEB ROCKET OIL LEVEL READER in my basement, attach another Oil Level Reader on the Tank outside, and cleaned up immediately.
After I had already installed a new HYDROSTAT device that controlled my REILLO BURNER's ignition, a new Cadcell for the burner, ran new Thermostat lines, replaced all the Thermostats (3) in my home, installed a new Stainless Steel Lining in my Chimney, and had about 3-4 Oil Burner cleanings, STEVE KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE MY 14 YEAR OLD PROBLEM IN A FEW HOURS.
Because of Steve's professionalism, knowledge of boiler problems, knowledge about the mechanics of REILLO BURNERS, motivation to do the job in any type of weather, honesty in his assessment of the problem, determination to complete the job the same day within hours, allowed me to have heat in my home with all deliberate speed. Some of the other so-called Boiler Mechanics told me to wait until the Spring Time when it was warm outside for them to do the work!!! That was a crazy suggestion from them. Steve on the on other hand, conducted his work above and beyond expectations, to show me that nothing is impossible.
Way to go Steve. And thanks again, you are the MAN.
